[Part 1]
◎ A winery that pursues one-of-a-kind wines by exploring its rich territory and family roots.
Founded: 1929 Field area: 30ha
- Surrounded by mountains and blessed with a natural environment, the wine is produced on this property by two families: the Mannucci family, small landowners in the Valdarno, and the Droandi family, farmers in the 18th century.
Roberto Giulio Droandi, head of grape growing and winemaking, grows his own wheat and vegetables, lives a diet full of homemade ingredients, and can't stop talking about local cuisine and ingredients.
It is from this kind of lifestyle that true wine is born.
At Mannucci Droandi, the basis of all our thinking is sustainable thinking that contributes to environmental protection and climate change mitigation, while at the same time producing wines that express the identity of the territory.
Since 2000, all grape cultivation has been organic, and the winery received organic certification in 2003.
Since 2015, we have been using only natural yeasts grown in the cellar for brewing.
Campigliore: Orange wine

CAMPIGLIOLE. Toscana IGT
Variety: Trevia/70% Malvasia 30%
Vinification: The grapes are harvested when they are still warm. After maceration in small stainless steel tanks for 3-6 days, fermentation is promoted using natural yeasts in the cellar.
Minimal direct processing is performed. No clarification. Aged on lees for 45 months before bottling. Aged in pigs.

○.A sensual orange wine rich in aroma and flavor.
- Beautiful straw yellow color with aromas of orange beer, plum and white flowers.
It has a subtle sweetness and tannic notes, and pairs well with carciofi, fried chicken, asparagus risotto, seafood soup, and salami.
[A rare wine made from the ancient Tuscan grape variety Punitello]
In the early 1990s, a conservation project was launched with the cooperation of the Arezzo Viticultural Research Unit to preserve and cultivate endangered varieties, including Punitello, a sub-variety of Montepulciano.
Other interesting vines such as Foglia Tonda and Barsalina are being regrown and bottled.

Variety: Punitello 100%
Vinification: After destemming and soft pressing, the wine is macerated for 20 days in small tanks. Fermentation is stimulated with yeast from the cellar. After remontage and délestage, followed by racking and soft pressing, ML fermentation is stimulated, and the wine is aged for 20 months in old French barriques, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
○.A rare variety characterized by its small fruit, named after the word "small fist," which is said to have originated in the village of Grosset.
- Complex aromas of red fruits, berry jam, rose, herbs, leather and earth.
Rich and full-bodied with fruity notes of cherry and blackberry.
