The crystallization of delicious flavor born from the Tuscan sun and earth. Established: 1992 Vineyard area: 7 hectares
This winery is known for being founded in 1992 by Roberto Cibresso, who achieved great success as head winemaker of Cacci Piccolomini's Brunello in 1987, and his colleagues.
The first vintage, produced in 1993 on a vineyard of just 0.5 hectares when the company was first established, was purchased exclusively by Enoteca Pinchiorri at Anteprima, causing a great stir.
Now under female ownership, the wines have been reborn in a more elegant style.

This limited edition Fiorita wine is made from a blend of carefully selected grapes from two vineyards. It is only produced in exceptional vintages.

The balance between finesse and body is exquisite.
Full-bodied with concentrated flavor and a long, lingering finish.

Vinification: After 24 months of fermentation, the wine is aged in cement barrels for 8 months. The wine is then fermented in the bottle for over 30 months.

The aroma of various flowers such as lavender, jasmine, violets, and white flowers is accompanied by red fruits, kirsch, and figs.
