[Basic Japanese cuisine: All you need to remember]

[Japanese-style Hayashi rice]

[Ingredients for 2 people]

・"Beef stew"・・・・1/2 to 1/3 amount

・Shimeji mushrooms...1 pack (approx. 100g)

・Warm rice・・・2 bowls

[3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons of sake, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce]

[How to make]

1. Cut the onion into thin lengthwise slices and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.

②. Melt 20g of butter in a frying pan and fry the onions. When the onions are soft, add the "beef shigureni" and fry briefly.

③. Add the combined seasonings and stir fry.

④. Place rice in a bowl and pour the seasoning over it. You can also sprinkle coarsely ground black pepper on top to taste.

・Pizza cheese・・・・・・50g

・Rice・・・1 bowl

※Butter, coarsely ground black pepper, breadcrumbs... appropriate amount

[How to make]

1. Cut the Chikuzenni into 1cm cubes.

2. Put the rice, 10g of butter in a bowl, sprinkle with a little pepper and mix well.

③. Place the biscuits in a heat-resistant container, then top with pizza cheese and a little breadcrumbs.

④. Bake in a toaster oven until the surface is golden brown.
