[3/4 cup dashi stock, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce
2 spoons, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup]
Water-dissolved potato starch [1 tablespoon each of potato starch and water]

1. Cut the onion and bell pepper into large chunks. Cut the shiitake mushrooms in half.
②. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the first. When it becomes soft, add the combined seasonings. Once it boils, add the water-dissolved potato starch and thicken it.
3. Add the fried chicken and mix roughly.
