is.

Today, I will do my best to be of service to you.

I hope you will find this encounter to be a very valuable and meaningful one.

Please stay with us until the end.

[Outdoor Cooking]

First, set up the tent, light a fire, and prepare for camping.

Preparing for outdoor cooking begins with setting up your tent.

Modern tents are lightweight and easy to assemble.

Once you have assembled the table and the base to hold the stove, start a fire using a gas burner for the portable stove.

*1. Preparation begins with assembling the tent. It's ready in no time. "These days, the tents are light and easy to assemble."

*2. Most of the preparation for a barbecue is done at home, so all you have to do is light a fire with a burner and grill the meat and vegetables. Tongs from the 100-yen shop are useful for both starting the fire and cooking.

*3. Place charcoal on the barbecue grill and start a fire using the burner.

Even tough meat becomes soft and delicious.

Special dipping sauce

This is a delicious marinade sauce that keeps thinly sliced meat soft even when used with it.

It can be used not only for barbecues but also for everyday cooking.

[Ingredients] *1kg of meat

・Onion………………100g

・Garlic, ginger: 10g each

A. Soy sauce………………75ml

A. Sesame oil, sake... 1 tablespoon each

A. Sugar: 30g

A. Pepper: a little

[How to make]

1. Grate the onion, garlic, and ginger into a bowl.

*.Grate the onion, garlic, and ginger into a bowl.

②. Add all ingredients in A and mix well.

*Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sake, sugar and pepper. Mix well with a whisk.

③. Put the beef in a plastic bag and pour in the sauce from ②.

Masu.

*.Put the meat in a plastic bag (you can use a double-layered bag) and add the sauce.

④. Squeeze the air out of the bag, close the opening, and gently rub the meat so that the sauce coats it. Leave in the refrigerator for half a day to 1-2 days to let the flavors blend.

*. Remove the air from the bag, close the top, and lightly

Place in the refrigerator and leave for half a day to a day or two.

◎.Includes steak, lamb, spare ribs, and plenty of vegetables and mushrooms.

The rule when outdoors is to eat soba noodles first after they're cooked.

We have a variety of meats available: thinly sliced lamb, seasoned with salt and pepper and with a light marinade (see above);

Of course, you can also dip it in the "special dipping sauce."

[Simple side dishes with fresh vegetables]

Use whatever vegetables are in season and that you like. Cut them into bite-sized pieces at home. Wrap mushrooms and other vegetables in foil for individual servings, so they are easier to eat and easier to grill.

Instant sauerkraut is also a recommended dish that is easy to make and delicious.

[1] Foil-baked mushrooms

Place thinly sliced king oyster mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and onions on foil, add a little butter, sake, and soy sauce, and wrap each portion individually.

Mushrooms such as shiitake and enoki mushrooms are also good.

[2] Corn

If you leave one thin layer of corn on the cob and grill it over charcoal, it will be steamed. Since the moisture remains, it is softer and tastier than if you grill it with the husk on.

[3] Instant Sauerkraut

This is an easy sauerkraut recipe using commercially available dressing vinegar.

Simply fry shredded cabbage in olive oil until soft, then add vinegar dressing to taste.

[4] Instant pickled cherry tomatoes and cucumbers

After eating a lot of meat, you can refresh your mouth with some quick-pickled cucumbers (see p.63) with cherry tomatoes and shredded ginger.

That's all for today.

Thank you for reading to the end today.
